Membership categories

• Full members — Vietnamese citizens and organisations working in or related to vocational education who apply voluntarily, pay membership dues and are approved by the Standing Committee.
• Associate members — citizens and organisations who do not yet meet the conditions for full membership but contribute to the Association’s development.
• Honorary members — respected individuals with significant contributions to vocational education, invited by the Standing Committee.

Associate and honorary members have the same rights and obligations as full members, except voting and standing for leadership positions.

Members’ rights

• Raise concerns and have their legitimate interests represented.
• Receive information for research and professional work.
• Take part in conferences, workshops and training organised by the Association.
• Stand for election and vote on the Association’s resolutions (full members).
