A meaningful tradition, the New Year gathering serves as a New Year greeting to the whole "HHT family" and an occasion for everyone to come together, share the achievements made and look ahead to a promising new journey. At Hanoi High-Tech College, the spring gathering of teaching staff, leaders and managers has become a fine tradition, fostering and strengthening solidarity and the shared determination to make the college ever stronger. In the joyful, enthusiastic atmosphere of the first days of spring, with confidence and hope for a bright future, the college's staff and employees continue to uphold a spirit of solidarity, initiative, dedication and creativity, striving to complete the tasks for 2024 with distinction.

A spring of shared purpose, shared will and shared commitment

In the first working days of the new year, under the gentle golden spring sunshine, the college's staff, lecturers and employees gathered at a warm and friendly New Year meeting. Firm handshakes, bright smiles and the warm, sincere wishes of the teachers, together with the fresh green of new leaves and buds and the vivid red of blossoms, created a truly springlike scene!

Extending New Year wishes to staff and lecturers, Meritorious Teacher Dr. Phạm Xuân Khánh, Party Committee Secretary and Rector of the college, affirmed that Hanoi High-Tech College's successes in 2023 were the result of collective effort and the commitment of each individual to the common cause, and highlighted the new goals to be achieved to help HHT develop even further in 2024.

In keeping with tradition, the Party Committee and the Board of Rectors presented lucky-money envelopes to staff and teachers, wishing good fortune to everyone and to the families of the college's staff.

The Year of Giáp Thìn 2024 – the 15th year in the development of Hanoi High-Tech College – is "the Year of Action and Adapting to the Future", with many challenges and difficult tasks to be accomplished. The Rector therefore called on all staff to make every effort to overcome difficulties, stand united and strive together to achieve even greater success in education and training, continuing to build the college into a high-quality school meeting international standards.

In the atmosphere of welcoming the spring of Giáp Thìn, the Board of Rectors and the College Council expressed their heartfelt sentiments through meaningful New Year wishes and the hope that HHT would achieve accelerated development in 2024.

Congratulating the college on its achievements in 2023, Rector Phạm Xuân Khánh stressed: "In recent years, Hanoi High-Tech College has achieved outstanding results in all areas: enrolment, training, scientific research, international cooperation, technology transfer and job placement for students, contributing to the overall development of the TVET system. The organisational structure of the Party Committee, the Board of Rectors and the College Council has been consolidated and works in harmony; the team of high-quality staff continues to be strengthened; the student body has grown strongly and is increasingly dynamic; and a spirit of solidarity is spreading. It can be said that steadfast adherence to the training philosophy of 'enrolment is recruitment' and 'training linked to employment', together with proven training quality, has helped to raise the college's standing in society.

As we enter the new year 2024 with many difficulties and challenges, but with our existing internal strength, internal solidarity, strong determination and the resolute, close guidance of the Party Committee, the College Council and the Board of Rectors, and by applying a comprehensive set of solutions and making many changes, we are confident that Hanoi High-Tech College will achieve even more outstanding results and soon become a high-quality college reaching regional and international standing.
